Since my husband discovered that he’s gluten intolerant, we’ve switched to sourdough and it’s been life-changing for him! He’s a huge fan of bread (toast for breakfast, sandwich for lunch and pasta for dinner!) and after finding Organic Bread of Heaven, we feel we’ve hit the jackpot! I can finally eat bread again without GI problems - even whole grains are an issue, but sourdough (not the sprouted as they are whole grain) is easy to digest for me after 20 years of gluten intolerance! Hoping they do sourdough cinnamon rolls someday!
