Strictly takeout with no seating -- you grab and go with your paper bowl and recyclable spork. Quick fresh meal, very simple with mix-and-matchable ingredient table listed inside and outside, and on a flyer that allows you to X off your interested ingredients and hand it to the chef to prepare.
Menu clearly marks what does and does not have gluten in it - gluten free is possible here.
Atmosphere would be marked lower seeing as there is nowhere to sit, but advertisements and pamphlets and general vibe of the place is positive and simple, despite being very small!

Good poke and available gluten free! Life saver GF meal for my Celiac wife and such a refreshing alternative meal to all the Italian food. Find it up some stairs from the harbor and to the right.
