I had a gluten free cauliflower crust with red sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, black olives and a swirl of pesto. As most gluten free crusts go, it was thin and mostly crunchy. Not Origin's fault. But even after adding Parmesan cheese, I had to add salt. The pizza was OK, not sure if I'll go back. So hard to find a good gluten free pizza that's not like eating crunchy cardboard and being charged an arm and a leg for it.
