My eggs were coated with oil. Flat really oily & no fluff whatsoever. My gluten free french toast didn't even have any egg on it. (French toast) I guess if you don't mind foods cooked on heavy vegetable oil. This is the place.. ask that they cook it in another oil like olive oil perhaps. And go light.
