The inside is kind of like a yellow local foods. There is a good amount of seating. I had one of the bowls and it tasted like a healthy choice steamer bowl, I think that's what it was called, which is to say it tasted good. Those frozen bowls were good. Overall the bowl was tasty, not really spicy, definitely have a good amount of appetizing options. They also have vegan and gluten free options. The fruit juice I don't recommend. While fresh it contains a lot of the blended fruit fiber (?). Would comeback though.

The egg plus veggie was good however the gluten free wrap was hard as a rock. I don’t know if it was microwaved. Very hard to chew. I couldn’t finish it. Also, my order did not have the smashed avocado as mentioned on the description of the item. If I would have known I would have requested avocado as I was going to do. A little disappointed for a third try.
