Original Pancake House

I decided not to get anything, they do have gluten free and vegan options, but I decided not to risk it before a 6 hour drive. I'm gluten, dairy and soy free. Cross contamination with gluten will make me sick. It would be nice to see what the gluten free and vegan options have in it so I could make my choice without having the waitress go back to make sure everything is safe for me. My wife had eggs over east, pancakes, hash brown and bacon. My one complaint, I guess I'm getting old, but the music outside and inside were very loud.

My husband and I visited the Original Pancake House on 8/30/24. The manager, John was attentive to our needs, (husband with post back surgery, I with food allergies.) He came by to ask us how everything was, even informed us that the sausage links are not gluten free, since we did order it as a side. (SUPERSTAR POINTS for catching that!) Our waitress, Mariah, was lovely, very friendly, and she made sure my gluten allergy was highlighted. The other lovely manager, Cathy, was very sweet and helpful with our added side orders. The staff is seriously amazing here!! The food was great, and the choice of coffee--medium or dark roast, was a nice surprise! We had a great experience here and plan to come back. It was such a nice treat to be able to stay local and enjoy a meal without being severely limited. There is such an extensive menu for both gluten free, vegetarian, and regular food orders, I don't think it will disappoint. We give it 5 stars!
