What a great find in Anchorage - we were having a celebration of life for my dad, who grew up in New York and loved cannoli. I reached out to a couple of places to see if there was any way to get an order of smaller finger food style cannoli for the event, and Timothy at Originale came through. When we toyed with the idea of making a cannoli style dip with cannoli chips (this can be found in grocery stores back east), Timothy was game to try it, but ultimately we went with a platter of the cannoli instead. They were presented beautifully, and everyone loved them. He even included a side of the filling and some fruit for my stepmom, who has Celiac Disease. Thrilled to find this place, and the other food looked great when I stopped in to pick up the order - will definitely have to stop by again the next time I'm in ANC!
