I'm sorry there aren't more stars because I would have added them all. I come from Palmi, searching on Google I found this shop, I went in and believe me, I never wanted to leave. As a celiac, I have never found such a well-stocked shop, in terms of bakery, rotisserie and everything else. The staff are fantastic, polite, kind, helpful and all the nicest words you can use. I also met the chef, let's be precise, a fantastic woman. Absolute cleanliness, and super stocked. Beyond the modest prices, which are difficult to find for gluten-free products. I will be back very soon. And in the meantime I highly recommend it!
