Since we discovered it it has become our favorite restaurant, not in Alessandria but in Piedmont and Lombardy.
Vegetables always cooked to perfection, and even among veg places this is not the norm; forget about the rubberiness of the soy, the consistency here is excellent (see "arrosticini" for Easter lunch 😋); Of the desserts I'll just say that we often take a portion to take away 😏
Gluten-free options always present, at least one per course and of the same quality as everything else.
