We went here for my wife’s birthday dinner. She has a gluten and dairy allergy, and we have been to many hibachi restaurants so we felt like we could have a nice dinner here…couldn’t have been more wrong. Once seated we ordered our food, the wife can’t have the noodles so she asked to substitute with fried rice. The waitress came back to the table and said they don’t do substitutions. Rice versus noodles in an allergy situation shouldn’t have been an issue. At no point did anyone try to make it better or offer any sort of solution. Very very disappointed after having eaten at several hibachi restaurants that had no issue with taking care of an allergy order. Would NOT recommend.
