Osaka Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse

On 2/15, my party of 7 had hibachi reservations at 6:30 pm. Upon arrival, we were told to go to the bar area for 15-20 minutes. It took us 5 minutes to get the bartender's attention although the bar was empty and the bar was covered in random items looking like a desks with papers and other items strewn about. We ordered a bucket of carona's which took almost 10 minutes for them to get us and clear a spot to put the bucket down. While waiting, we saw a man rushing a family out the door screaming at them. Turns out they were taking too long to finish their drinks and were being kicked out. He then went behind the bar and yelled at multiple staff. We were brought back to our table where we sat for 40 minutes before anyone came over and even took our drink order. The couple they sat us with were at the table for over 20 minutes before we were sat. We watched other tables be sat and served before anyone even came to talk to us. There was club like lights on causing multiple headaches within our group and one person with epilepsy to need sunglasses and their head down. They finally took our order at 7:38. We got our waters and pops fairly quickly but took almost 15 minutes to get our drinks from the bar. I'm gluten intolerant so my food is made in the kitchen. There was such a delay from taking our order to the chef coming out to start cooking, that my food was brought out and I finished eating before they came. Finally at 8:09 the chef came to our table. He hardly did a show at all taking much less time than every other chef to cook the food. The most impressive thing he did was cut the meat so quickly. No refills were offered or brought to us. We ate our food and tried to flag down someone for boxes. We ended up getting up and getting our own boxes. It took us another 30 minutes to pay and leave the restraunt. 3 hours after getting to the restraunt we left. The food was alright. My shrimp was beyond overcooked but everyone else seemed to enjoy theirs. We will never go back. The experience was awful.

Jimmy made our experience wonderful, I have celiac and was able to safely eat here. He made sure all of my food was gluten free and cooked in the back away from everything else. 10/10!
