Cindy is a beast, incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating of any food allergies. Apparently they’re able to make gluten-free modifications for Hibachi… can’t wait to try it out. My usual order is tuna/salmon rolls with avocado or cucumber. Fish is exceptionally clean and fresh. Best sushi I’ve had in Pennsylvania so far.

Osaka was an awesome place to go the staff was very attentive to gluten allergies. Awesome staff would definitely stop by again sometime soon
