Delicious food! They had a variety of gluten free options if you request gf soy sauce, and the staff is pretty knowledgeable, but it’s not listed on their menu. Our wait was pretty long because it was so busy and the service was okay, but the shrimp and fried rice were great.

Was initially annoyed by the covid policies (we had to march in and out in the cold with a 4 year old to wait in the car for a table) and hostess's attitude, but the overall experience made up for it. Highly skilled chefs, delicious food, and accomodating to gluten sensitivities. I ordered the teriyaki chicken. We told our waiter I had celiac disease, and the chef confirmed and cooked my food separately with products specifically labeled gluten-free.
