We had dinner one evening with friends, good Tuscan food with attention to detail, even reasonable doses and well presented dishes. Beautiful location, in summer perhaps even better I noticed a patio in an immense garden.... Spectacular! Simone is a wonderful host. Elegance, professionalism and delicacy very rare to find. The menu is perfect. Few very good things. Well informed about celiac disease, I can say with absolute certainty that I ate the best home-made, gluten-free bread in the world - thanks to chef Massimiliano. We ate there twice in 4 days. Superior quality and excellent dishes. Unique appetizers from cutting to Tuscan cuddles with.
