Dinner on 11/15/2024
The restaurant, located in Pianezza, in the second belt of Turin, is welcoming and intimate, with the warmth of the wood and the neutral color of the walls creating a beautiful atmosphere.
The tables are not evenly spaced but the acoustics are not affected.
The cuisine, typical Piedmontese, with a menu that includes the possibility of orders suitable for celiacs, met our expectations: the starters were very pleasant (to be specious, the tomino was a little overwhelmed by the clementine jam), al dente and the tagliatelle with gorgonzola are well seasoned, the agnolotti of uncle butter and sage are traditional and with a good filling, the tripe with beans is exceptional, tasty and with a perfect consistency.
Enjoyed the bunet.
Well-stocked wine list, especially as regards reds, including labels outside the circle of the usual notes.
Courteous and quick service, with the waiter polite and knowledgeable about both the preparations and the characteristics of the wines.
Not cheap but adequate for the experience.
