Beautiful and well-kept location, large parking lot, green space and playground for children. Very polite staff and attentive to the needs of others, allergies, intolerances... my.prepared on the subject of celiac disease. Excellent food and especially the gluten free one. Not to mention the desserts, one better than the other. I highly recommend both for the location and for the food. Excellent experience.

An example of uncompromising excellence. During a trip out of town, my celiac friend and I decided to stop for lunch outside. Consulting the Gluto app, we found Casale Drinzi. Before setting off, we contacted the restaurant to make sure they were equipped to offer gluten-free options. When my friend asked: "Is it a problem for you?", the answer came immediately: "Not for us". I must admit that the speed of the response initially left us with a slight sense of distrust. In our area, in fact, there is not a great offer of restaurants that seriously treat gluten free, and for this reason we are used to more vague answers or less attention. But we were the ones who were wrong, and we would soon find out. Arriving at Casale Drinzi, we found ourselves in front of a dream location: a panoramic terrace with a breathtaking view, the Madonie Park behind us and the sea on the horizon. The atmosphere won us over immediately, but it was the food that really got us excited. Every dish was impeccable: the quality of the raw materials, the attention to preparation and the flavour were extraordinary. The owner took the time to explain how they treat the food and how much care they put into ensuring a safe experience for those, like my friend, who have specific dietary needs. When we complimented him on his extraordinary work, he said something that struck me deeply: “You don’t joke with people’s health”. Casale Drinzi is a perfect example of serious and attentive catering. They don’t settle for offering a gluten-free option just to say “we have one too”: they do it with passion, respect and a quality that exceeds all expectations. Not only will I return, but I recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable lunch, with good food, a dream view and genuine attention to guests.
