We loved the service, the quality of the food, the fact that the entire menu has a gluten-free option (except for the stuffed pasta), and that they're certified by the AIC (Spanish Association of Inca Restaurants), so a 10/10! My partner tried tagliatelle alla rabiata and loved it! Served with salad. I tried a typical local dish: tegamino di cinghiale alla maremmama (tripe with a homemade tomato sauce), and it was delicious! I paired it with roasted vegetables, which were also super tasty, and the gluten-free bread was delicious. 100% recommended. We found this place by chance, and if we return to Florence, we won't hesitate to return!

The gluten-free red tagliatelle with wild boar are really good and tasty, the homemade gluten-free bread is served hot and is delicious... very kind staff. It's a restaurant in Florence that does almost everything gluten-free, without contamination, I really liked it!❤❤❤
