The proposal is designed daily based on the availability of the ingredients. In addition to always having vegetarian dishes on the menu, they are also available to satisfy vegan and gluten-free requests.
Every day a rich buffet is also offered with handcrafted dishes designed by Miduccia. This time there were among the things: aubergine parmigiana, aubergine and provola rolls, sautéed pumpkin, peppers in 3 variations (fried, sautéed and Neapolitan-style), courgettes alla scapece, broccoli and potato pie, red Parisian, buffalo mozzarella, savory pie... I would say VERY rich.
Pasta with potatoes and provola is a mystical experience, as well as a dive into the past. Made on the spot and you can feel it. The scialatielli with clams is a must try.
Note of merit also for the desserts where there was no egg flavor at all (in the crème brulé).
Definitely honest prices for the quality offered and the generous portions.
