It's been years since I visited this wonderful restaurant, I must say that it has totally changed, elegance and refinement are not enough to describe the environment... The staff, from the greeting at the entrance to the many attentions towards the customer, any curiosity about each dish was satisfied exhaustively. The menu, various tasting itineraries for both land and sea lovers and for those who love vegetarian food. Fast solutions for celiacs and those with other intolerances.

The "Vegetable" proposal is excellent. Attention to detail and exaltation of raw materials, many self-produced. Good wine list and super accommodating to the dietary needs of a celiac. The only small flaw was that the girl who served us the food didn't know how to answer questions about the ingredients and spices used, which wasn't a big deal but she seemed very annoyed by the questions. It is true that such an experience can be lived with the desire to "understand" the dishes. However, truly recommended.
