A wonderful evening, I was concerned as I am gluten intolerant, but the chef assured me they has gluten free pasta, but was aware he did not have seperate cooking areas, so suited me.
He again advised us regarding the wine of the region.
Was able to give us the gluten free bread with olive oil, which was delicious apparently olive oil from the region
I decided to stay away from pasta and had the beef carpaccio to share and I head the steak and my wife the veal cheeks that were both delicious
We found the food and staff were first class, and it was so good to see the experienced staff take time to help train the new waiter.
