Unforgettable meal at Osteria Il Ghibellino! I ordered the gluten-free carbonara—without a doubt, the best gluten-free pasta I’ve ever had in all my travels through Italy and Europe. In fact, it was better than any carbonara I’ve had in Rome. Rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced.
We also had the pici all’aglione di Valdichiana—my partner called it the best pasta she’s ever eaten. The sauce was bold and full of flavor, and the texture of the pasta was perfect.
The staff were friendly and attentive, the ambiance was cozy yet elegant, and the whole experience was just fantastic. If you're in Siena, don’t miss this place—especially if you’re gluten-free. A true gem!
