Osteria Le Colonne

Unfortunately disappointing experience in this tavern. Young waiters, okay, but inexperienced; they brought the first courses before the appetizers, the wine arrived a quarter of an hour after the glasses, with the meal almost over. The gluten free option is appreciated, however there is a lack of vegan options (as a lactose intolerant I found milk and derivatives in almost all the fish-based dishes). Pleasant environment, in a basement room inside a historic building, dominated by an imposing vault. Average prices, but decidedly high considering the service. Poor wine list, with a poor choice of Ligurian wines, of which only one red can be ordered by the glass and this was absolutely not worth the price.

Truly an exceptional discovery. A truly quiet and convivial place, fantastic location with exposed colonnade. Choice of dishes (including gluten free) truly varied and with all dishes of great quality. It ends with a tribute from the chef that we will hardly forget. Last but not least, excellent value for money.

Gluten Free was a breeze here. And it was the best GF pasta with pesto I ate in Genoa hands down! Great staff and very accommodating. Thank you
