I tried the gluten-free pizza, very good. Too bad the prices are high for gluten-free otherwise I would eat it more often. But overall I would say good if you are in the center and don't know where to eat gluten-free.

A (difficult) experience to forget!! Well-known place in Ravenna, very nice and with good food but staff with unprecedented rudeness. A succession of grumpy responses and unpleasant episodes. Where to start? I go to the restaurant in person to book a table, I am told to write on WhatsApp. I write, no confirmation of the table. I call and am dismissed within seconds. Ordering moment: they were in a hurry to order (I can understand given the time but the place is almost empty due to bad weather), we order and at the second course, we are served the wrong dishes (they bring 5 gluten-free tagliatelle, after they had served us almost a kg of piadina... did it seem strange to anyone?!) we wait 10 minutes with half the table without dishes, they bring us the wrong dishes for the 2nd time. There was an error in the order. On our part there is no problem, we eat the dish we didn't order anyway so as not to cause problems for the kitchen. The manager, however, tells us that since it was their mistake, he would not have charged them to the account. Cake moment: they bring us the cake with plates and knives. At the time of cutting they tell us that they have now brought the dishes to the table and we have to make the portions. Is it normal for a restaurant to make the customer cut the cake? Bill moment: we discover that the wrong dishes have been charged, even though we were told that they would have been removed from the bill, and I also get the reply: "you ate them and you even liked them!". Note that no one at the table had asked to remove them from the bill so I don't accept the controversy. Instead it seems like a joke. We pay without problems, but we will never set foot in this restaurant again. I am sorry and sorry for the (non) treatment you gave us for a birthday lunch.
