As I type this I am IN the restaurant. As a celiac I can say this was some of the best gf pasta ever. The service is second to none. The performance with cheese wheel was tremendous. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to eat a great meal in Florence.

The best food of the entire trip Venice, Florence, Rome. The truffle pasta is worth the price. They also have many gluten-free options although we didn't see it in the comments and thought there weren't any, when we arrived we saw the seal and the waiters were very kind explaining everything to us. Super recommended. They gave us proseco while waiting in line outside and they gave us a snack when we sat down. A 10.
