At Saverio's I ate a masterpiece of gluten-free pizza, with superb homemade dough. But that's not all, I see some aubergines parmesan passing by and I ask if they had them gluten-free... he prepared them for me the next day, fantastic! The kindness and passion for cooking of Saverio and family is priceless.
