Very disappointed in the quality and flavor of our pasta dishes. Service was very slow. We waited for an hour for our pasta entrees. The pasta was chewy and seemed like gluten free texture. Kids could barely touch it. Portions are very small and just very odd flavors. Hyatt you need to step it up.. $50 lamb dish for two tiny pieces of meat and again very odd pasta texture..

1. Lupe greeted us warmly and professionally. She was wonderful - she answered some of our questions well and was constantly working to attend to diners…clearly knows how to do her job well. Thank you Lupe!
2. My husband was overjoyed to discover gluten free pancakes on the menu. Big, fluffy, and tasted exactly like regular ones.
