The choice of a menu with local "0 km" raw materials is excellent. Very knowledgeable and competent sommelier with an excellent local wine list. Service completely to be reviewed. I understand that during the Christmas holidays the staff can be under stress, but we almost felt like a nuisance. Good selection of GLUTEN FREE dishes on the menu.

I have celiac disease, and as a celiac I have eaten excellent gluten-free pasta. We drank a Trentino red from Simoncelli: an amazing wine from a little-known winery. The ribs are good. The waiter was very kind, friendly and truly cultured and knowledgeable about the dishes! Thanks for the evening!
