I have celiac disease, and as a celiac I have eaten excellent gluten-free pasta. We drank a Trentino red from Simoncelli: an amazing wine from a little-known winery.
The ribs are good.
The waiter was very kind, friendly and truly cultured and knowledgeable about the dishes!
