We went to eat a waffle with a group of neighbors from Bruges at Otto Waffle. Never thought we would be able to eat such authentic delicacies in such a touristy neighborhood! You can really taste the freshness of all the ingredients and the gluten-free is not only healthy but also has a delicious taste. Add to that the friendly service and the wide choice of toppings on these works of art and you get a special experience there with a view of the Bruges canals. Definitely worth repeating!
