On the border between fast food and restaurant, this establishment will welcome you in an elegant, modern and designer decor. The olive tree planted in the middle of the room really adds a pretty natural touch. The only downside is the music, too random for my taste (which clashes with the decor). The service is done in 2 ways. Delivery or takeaway, fast service in less than 1/4 hour (for order preparation) and at the table, on site. The kitchen is open, when we order the chef even discusses with us because my partner has a gluten-free diet, he was able to bounce back and adapt a burger with two potato pancakes (made quickly) instead of bread. My partner and I were delighted when the plates arrived (because we had a real presentation like a restaurant) which were prepared with great attention. While behind us, we had 3 young people, who were served on platters (in fast food mode). I noticed this attention because even if beyond the burger, we wanted to be served with attention like in a restaurant. Did the fact of calling beforehand and making a reservation allow the service to be adapted for us? If so, the attention is noble and we really appreciated after spending a hard day, we were relaxed and satisfied.
After exchanging a few words with the chef, he admitted to me that beyond working and making his savory recipes with homemade products, he entrusted the desserts to a pastry chef in front of his establishment. I found it, once again, great to make neighboring businesses work.
To conclude: This new establishment is very promising, and lives up to its name, we had a great time, a charming place with great ideas and great resolutions. Long live “Oui Chef” Clamart, we will come back and spread the word!!
