Always love to find a vegetarian restaurant. Mostly everything can be made gluten free! Lots of outdoor seating with friendly staff. Not every day you find a savoury waffle

What a find, a lovely friendly atmosphere and a huge log burner to keep us warm at this time of year. One of the best coffees I've had in the Borders and a great soup and stuffed pitta for a very reasonable price. My partner had a simply enormous pile of lovely gluten free waffles. It's a great location as there any number of walks from the car park at Harestanes and this comes as welcome reward at the end.
