My sister and I took our 86-year-old mother for her birthday dinner at this new outback location. My mother has celiac and she can’t have one crumb of bread or she will go into a horrible reaction. The team at outback took excellent care of her. They even brought the water out separate and brought the food out separate to make sure there’s no cross-contamination. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Even the water taste out of this world which I was surprised. I asked the manager Skyler and she informed me that they do filter the water. The food was spectacular. This is the first time I ordered grilled shrimp on the Barbie and it was fantastic. The Alice spring chicken was great. Also, the gluten-free chocolate cake with ice cream was so unbelievable. I couldn’t believe it. It was nice that my mom could enjoy a gluten-free dessert that tasted so fantastic. We are so happy that outback decided to open one in this location because it’s very close to our house. Skyler, the manager was really fantastic and very attentive. I can’t wait to come back.
