Our family hadn't been to an Outback in years, due to a discovery that our daughters have Celiac disease. Considering restaurant options is very tough, due to risk of cross contamination. We were searching for options while on Spring break and discovered the extensive gluten free menu offered by Outback. Not only is there a wide variety of food options for our daughters, but the attention to safe food preparation was some of the best we've experienced. Our server, Ryan B, was amazing. Listened to all concerns, answered questions, including saying that he would give verbal communication to the chefs in addition to alerts on the screen. We had a delicious meal. The excitement our girls had when they heard firsthand about the prep safety made our night. Thank you! If I could give you 6 stars, I would.
