I haven’t been to an Outback for at least a decade, and certainly not since being diagnosed with Celiac disease. I was happy to find that they have a dedicated GF menu. Also, even though our server was very new, the experienced server training her was very knowledgeable about Gluten Free needs and took care of me. I enjoyed my meal very much.

Good good, gluten free menu. Could use reminders about not including croutons and bread but overall good!
