Outback Steakhouse

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Outback I can confidently say that the service here sets a new standard. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the host, who made me feel genuinely welcomed and promptly showed me to my table. Our server, Johnell, was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, striking the perfect balance between being available without hovering. She took the time to answer all of our questions about the menu (very knowledgeable on GF options), offering thoughtful recommendations tailored to our preferences. Drinks and food arrived promptly, yet nothing felt rushed! What truly stood out was the attention to detail. From refilling water & soda glasses without being asked to noticing when we needed more napkins, everything was handled effortlessly. Highly recommend and ask for Johnell (especially if you are gluten free or have allergies)!

Excellent as always. We had a short wait which was expected at 6pm on a Saturday night. I've been ordering the Victoria's center cut fillet for years and it was perfect once again. My hubby had a combo with ribs and Alice springs chicken which were great as usual. Good service and everything was clean. They've updated recently so it looks really nice. My meal came with only one side since it had shrimp topping. I left off a star because I thought the price was a little high for having taken away a side. I'm eating gluten free right now and they do have a GF menu to make it easier. Overall still a great old standby.
