Outback Steakhouse

While Outback at this location does pretty good work most of the time with their dietary restrictions, mistakes happen, like today. I ordered two salads, part of a gluten-free dinner, and specified UN the online orderly that there should be croutons on the side. One salad came with croutons on the side and the other had croutons on it for my curbside take away order. They don’t make mistakes like this often, but they do make them and you need to double check what they do. See photo of the salads, the ordering instructions, and the in-resturant printout on the salad containers. I called at Outback to let them know the order was done incorrectly, and they will comped me for it on my next visit here. I was told, however, that, even though I specifically did an online order with the gluten-free and no croutons, I was told that no one saw that on both salads so one was prepped with croutons and one without. That sort of means doing online ordering with the Outback app doesn’t get seen by a human to read? That explanation did not make sense to me.
