[gluten free review] We have dined here several times on both busy and dead occasions. When it isn’t busy, there is always someone to greet and seat you - typically we sit at a table when it is not busy (we rarely make a reservation here as a party of two). The wait staff is great, kind, happy to help with anything. After ordering, the food does take a moment to prepare, but it’s never a period of time that is beyond expectation. When it is busy, we will dine at the bar - their selection of beer, wine, cocktails is above average, but nothing crazy amazing. Our favorite pizza to order is the margarita and it is absolutely delicious. What I really am impressed by is their gluten free crust. I have not eaten pizza containing gluten in many years, so my list of favorite gf crusts that lives in my notes app is extensive. Oven and shaker knocked everyone to the ground and took the top spot. In fact, I was worried they had made a mistake and brought the wrong pizza out. It tasted so good. Not crunchy or chewy or overdone. It is what a dream about when I think of pizza. They did it! I haven’t had any other flavors of their gf pizza, but if you like a classic, you’ll love the gf margarita. My mouth is watering just writing this review. Needless to say, I’ll be back in no time ready to dine at oven and shaker and crush a gf marg pizza.
