Excellent bakery! So far, this is the best bread that I've had in the United States. The sourdough is vegan. There were three types this time: apricot seasme seed, wheat, and the Baltimore sourdough. The bagels are vegan, but are boiled with honey. I tried the spicy fennel bagels this go around. If you bring treats from this bakery, you'll be a hit at any party!
Most things come in compostable bags. Hopefully, they'll work on getting away from single use plastics.
This bakery should consider selling bread directly to other restaurants and coffee shops in Baltimore. They could elevate Baltimore dining one tasty gluten snack at a time.
