I found this lovely bakery on a Google search for gluten-free nut roll this Easter. SO glad I did. Karen is wonderful to talk with! I explained what gluten-free Easter traditional pastries and breads I was searching for. Karen created them for us! DELICIOUS!
The nut roll was so close o my Grandmothers! We preferred it over the traditional nut roll we had for those not needing gluten free!
I will be placing more orders in the future. Paska bread, nut roll, cream horns all were delicious!
