This lively diner offers a quintessential diner vibe with a central cooking area and vintage red stools, creating an engaging atmosphere. However, for gluten-free diners, the busy kitchen environment raises concerns about cross-contamination despite the presence of gluten-free options.

Picked this spot for brunch today solely based on seeing gluten free pancakes on their menu. It did not disappoint! Upon parking, the Cafe seems small, but when I walked in, I was surprised how big it was. Everyone was very friendly, from the hostess, the waiter and even the person who got me coffee and water. The cooking area is literally in the center of the Cafe, surrounded by old fashioned red stools that wrap around almost the whole area. There are booth and table options.... Plenty of seating arrangements. I was sat within just a few minutes of entering, no wait at all. Which was amazing, considering it's Sunday, and brunch time. I ordered a cup of black coffee, and 2 of the gluten free pancakes. The pancakes were made so quickly, and they came out warm, buttery, and fluffy. I am always looking for gluten free options, especially for breakfast/brunch. And was so happy to find this Cafe. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing! I will eat there every time I come to Salt Lake! Their gluten free pancakes were the bomb! They tasted totally normal.

I went to this breakfast place with my teen daughter. The food was very good and they had a lot of options. She had the eggs Benedict and the sauce was amazing! the fried potatoes are a bit weird as they are flat slices. I've never eaten them this way before, but they were good. Little crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. I also had the gluten free pancake and it was very tasty. I believe they also have GF French toast and other options. they brought it to me separately on its own plate which was great. I would recommend eating at this location, however, it is pretty small and gets busy, so go early unless you want to wait. (we arrived at about 930 am on a Saturday and sat down just before there was a rush. We also found one of the last parking spots and people were circling the parking lot when we left).
