Loved the place it gives you the vibe of a hole in the wall kind of place. It is an amazing smash burgers place with good options and great people. Loved it. My son can't have gluten and ordered a gluten-free burger that was amazing.

Tried Ox Burger for the first time tonight and was left disappointed. We ordered off their website and after we arrived they told us that they were out of gluten free buns so they could only lettuce wrap that burger. While I understand that inventory issues happen, they should have the website updated or at least contact you with the substitution before you show up so you can make another choice. First impressions matter and this was a poor one. It made it hard for us to enjoy our food or our night.
