We went to Pür & Simple at Square One and we have nothing but good things to say. Our waitress, Emily L was FANTASTIC along with the rest of the staff who were all so friendly. Food was great and hard to pick what to eat since everything on the menu sounds great. Coffee was delicious & refilled often. The restaurant is beautiful and airy. They were also very accommodating to my celiac disease in ensuring there was no gluten in my food. 10/10 recommend!
