The food was good, but a bit expensive for what they offer. The brunch parts are “optional” but they will charge you the same whether you eat them or not.
They don't have much of a clue when you ask for gluten-free options (they didn't know if they had traces or cross contamination)

I go to Panela quite a bit and have noticed a significant change in the service. Paola Martinez's service has been excellent since she's been there. I asked her name to write a review because I think her work has made a tremendous contribution to the place. She always remembers what I normally order, even remembering to ask me if I want gluten-free bread when even I forget! Thank you so much! I'll be back soon :)
