Panneria had several gluten-free AND vegan cakes. The cakes were quite pricey (160 pesos for one slice), but decent. The iced coffee was pretty bad, but the owner was very friendly. I wouldn’t necessarily come back since it’s so expensive, but it’s great that there are gluten-free vegan options when you’re craving pastries or cake. Also place had a really cute and friendly dog.

I avoid eating flour and sugar but I saw that they advertised gluten-free and sugar-free bread, I went in to see their products and ended up buying half a bakery, very delicious, the lady explained their ingredients to me and I had the pleasure of meeting the master pastry chef and chef. I recommend everything they sell.
