Papèo is the best pizzeria (even gluten-free) in Bologna, without a doubt! The selection of doughs is incredible: even for gluten-free you can choose between classic, sourdough, cereals and seeds, hemp or Neapolitan version. Each pizza is made with top ingredients and great care, and for each one a beer is also recommended to pair, a detail that really makes the difference. The place is welcoming and the staff is super prepared and kind, very attentive to the needs of those with intolerances. An experience not to be missed, even for those who are not celiac. The only sore point is the location: a bit inconvenient and out of the center. But it is absolutely worth it!

A paradise for celiacs but also for those who are not. The pizza, according to the dough chosen, is really excellent. I chose ancient grain flour and I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended but only by booking👍🏻
