We loved the tarte tartin was fabulous. The crust was a dream.
The gentleman working there was so kind to us. We get the most amazing customer service in Nice.
We tried to single origin bars. The Guanaja ( which I’m assuming is from Honduras but maybe it’s a mix of several different locations from central and South America ?) had tasting notes of grapes. Really good . The tasting notes of the Merida (from Venezuela) is like a dark roast coffee. Love this place.
