Frustrated. I've been a PCC Kirkland customer for 45+ years; it's been a place I could get something quick to eat despite food sensitivities (or worth the food hangover) -- until they moved. This location has gone from natural & earthy to trendy, vegan, dairy and now seems tuned to someone else's specific tastes or favorite diet book. Gluten and dairy everywhere in the packaged sandwiches; I dislike all of the limited range of salad bar dressings. Few flavors of hummus. Seems like whoever is choosing products only stocks what THEY like, or think people should eat. Still has good produce.
