I like that there is a lettuce-wrapped option for a gluten-free or low-carb. I like both versions depending on my mood. You can’t wrong with any of flavors here. Plus, the fries? Give me a bucket!

SADLY: Only a lettuce-wrap for gluten-free people. So, the burger patty itself was delicious. I got their Sellwood burger and it is genuinely tasty. HOWEVER, I had to knock two stars off for not having gluten-free buns. Really? In 2024? With as many gluten-free bakeries as we have in town? Come on, Killer Burger down the road has them, why not you? OWNERS: a "lettuce wrap" is not a substitute for a bun. Lettuce is a disastrous eating experience for a burger. YOU try eating all YOUR burgers wrapped in lettuce and see how YOU like it! It is a topping, not a bread substitute. It instantly becomes wilted upon contact with the hot burger, it's sloppy and floppy, and hard to hold, and it doesn't absorb any of the sauces and juices. So, you try and hold this thing and it just slobbers all over you. All the juices just pour out of it. You might as well be pouring beef stew on a piece of lettuce at that point for all the good it does. Gluten-free people are not rabbits. We don't want a "lettuce wrap", we want a real freaking burger. With a REAL bun like everyone else has. And the burger was DELICIOUS otherwise: the flavors were there. 10/10 on flavor. The patty itself was immaculately cooked. Finger kissing good. But the presentation? Just flopped on a single large lettuce leaf? And lack of care for the eating experience for gluten-free people is just a fail. Lettuce is not a bun. And it is not in any way a substitute for a bun. I WISH to give you five out of five stars. The flavors of the patty and seasonings themselves are begging for that. But the lack of a gluten-free bun just torpedoes that. Add gluten-free buns to your menu and I will totally give you five stars!
