My friend and I have spent an enormous amount of time and money at Penora’s. We used to come in every Friday and order a gluten free-spinach pizza, well done, a salad, and beverages. The last three times we ordered, it was terrible! The pizza has gotten really skimpy. And, it was actually cold! The first time of the three most recent; it was so burned that you couldn’t eat it!! This time, I asked four times for extra ricotta and to be well done! The guy behind the counter didn’t even know that it had ricotta cheese on it!!!! I sent it back once because it was cold! The second time it came back still not well done and cold!!!! And, for 17$, there is nothing on it!!! We decided tonight that we are not coming again! Too bad because it used to be our favorite!!!!
