Regina was great to help me find a gluten free option despite the gf options having been removed from the menu. You guys are my go to for celiac safe options when traveling. Bring them back to the to-go locations!

So disappointing- No Gluten Free options at this site, yet on the web its offered.

My family and I are avid fans of PF Chang’s. We have gluten allergies that make it very difficult for us to find decent food that is safe for us to eat. In Lake Nona there are few great options for those of us with gluten allergies. PF Chang’s To-Go has been a Godsend for us to find something we love and is safe. If all else failed we knew PF Chang’s would be there for us to find something. A couple weeks ago I noticed there were no GF options which was odd seeing as how PF Chang’s is pretty well known in the gluten allergy community as having safe options. So I gave the store a call to ask about this and was given a very blunt and somewhat rude answer as to why there were no options. There was no warning and all of the safe options have been pulled from the menu. PF Chang’s Culinary Team please review this decision and consider the many people with this allergy that you have made them come to rely on you at times and reinstate even a few GF options to your menu at To-Go locations.
