Great food, but not real gluten free. I have severe celiac and I've gotten minority sick the last 2-3 times we have eaten here from the gluten free options. It's probably just minor cross contamination in the kitchen, but it's been enough I get sick. I'm sure it's fine for people who are casually gluten free, but I can't recommend it for severe/sensitive celiacs like myself. Food is delicious, and my wife and I enjoyed coming here, but it's not worth getting sick. Our server was great about helping with gluten free options, but somehow it wasn't gluten free enough for me. That's my only complaint. Update: It's been 6 days since we ate there and I'm still down. I was so sick from the gluten exposure I missed a few days of work. Full body inflammation for days so bad I could hardly get out of bed. I definitely cannot recommend PF Changs as a gluten free restaurant.
